Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2 to 4 days to process and prepare your order. Expect an email within that time to let you know your order is on the way!

DELIVERY: During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.  In the contiguous United States we offer free USPS Ground Advantage and for $5.00 we offer USPS Priority shipping. All orders are fulfilled from our location in Wauconda, WA and are generally shipped within  2 to 4 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the distance of the shipping destination from our location.

A flat rate shipping fee of  $12.00 applies to Alaska and a flat rate shipping fee of $19.00 applies to Hawaii.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES  We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at split.heritage.apparel@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
