Short Sleeve T-Shirt: Frank S. Matsura

Though his time in Okanogan was short, Frank S. Matsura of Japan made a lasting impact here in Washington. Clearly loving his craft and ahead of his time, his portraiture captured people from all areas of life as they wanted to be seen. It was a great loss to all when he passed away at the of 32 in 1913.
